I have been in the tennis industry for close to 30 years, both as a player and as a certified instructor. I have developed players of various ages across the skill spectrum, from recreational play to serious tournament play. I also work with students to avoid and rectify any pain in arm joints, the scapula, the lower back, and any hip and knee issues stemming from inefficient movement.
Years of close study of tennis movement have allowed me to help students fix the root causes of such problems. I work with my students to find and develop the missing component that will allow them to play naturally and pain free. My students trust me to guide them on the journey toward sound, athletic movement and playing.
Read MoreMy students tend to be high-performance achievers in their respective professions or in academia. They understand the importance of custom-tailored coaching. They are not looking for a cookie-cutter style of teaching. They tend to be highly motivated, and are willing to put in the effort and time to acquire the skills they need.
My expertise and method fills a gap in the tennis teaching industry and offer a unique learning experience that will help students who are looking for:
1. Concrete results, both on the technical level and on the level of strategies and tactics of the sport.
2. Learning the proper form from the outset, which avoids tennis-related physical pain or injury incurred from bad form.
3. A personalized teaching philosophy that so many full-service clubs lack.
